I arrange access
I contact the tenant or your letting agent and agree a time. For jobs that aren't urgent I usually come the next day.
Free quote
I tell you what the roof needs, with a free quote in writing. You pay the price we agreed. If I find more work once the job has started, I talk it through with you first.
Repair and photos
I carry out the repair and send you photos of the finished work, with a written guarantee of at least 5 years.

Can you arrange access with my tenants?
Yes. Give me your tenant's name and number and I'll arrange a time with them directly, so you don't need to be there. If a letting agent manages the house, I work with the agent instead. Tell me who should get the photos and the invoice, you or the agent.
Do you send photos and an invoice when the job is done?
Yes. When the job is done I send you or your letting agent photos of the finished work, and I can invoice the landlord or the agent directly. Before a job, tenants and agents can WhatsApp me photos of the problem.
