These terms cover your use of this website. Any roof work I do for you is covered by the written quote I give you, not by these terms.

In short: the site belongs to Altin Lila, trading as Alto Roofing.

This website (altoroofingoxford.co.uk) is run by Altin Lila, trading as Alto Roofing, a sole trader based in Grandpont, Oxford OX1 ("I", "me"). Contact: info@altoroofingoxford.co.uk, 07306 077999. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

In short: the site tells you about my work and lets you ask for a quote. Nothing on it is a price or a contract.

The site describes the roofing work I do in Oxfordshire and lets you contact me. I don't publish prices: each job is priced after I've looked at it. Quotes are free and in writing.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not commit either of us. A contract starts only when you accept my written quote. The quote sets out the work, the price, and the guarantee that applies.

In short: the advice on the site is general. Get your own roof looked at before acting on it.

Guides and explanations on the site are general information about roofs, not advice about your property. I try to keep them accurate and up to date but can't promise they are complete or suited to your situation. Before you act on anything, have your roof inspected.

In short: send only what's yours to send, and I use it only to deal with your enquiry.

When you send photos or details through the form, WhatsApp or email, you confirm you are entitled to share them. You let me use them to assess the problem, reply to you and quote. I won't publish your photos on the site without asking you first. How I handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

I can't give a price from photos alone; a price follows a visit.

In short: don't misuse the form or try to break the site.

You must not:

• send spam, false enquiries or anything unlawful, offensive or harmful through the form;
• upload files containing viruses or other harmful code;
• try to gain access to the site's admin area, servers or database;
• copy the site's content in bulk or scrape it with automated tools.

In short: the words and photos on the site are mine. Ask before reusing them.

The text, photos, logo and design of the site belong to me or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. Don't copy, publish or use them commercially without my written permission.
